Does paper stock really matter? When looking for a wedding invitation you will notice there are so many paper stock options. Your choices are endless for color, texture, smooth and different weights. If you are looking on-line for invites you will not be able to feel and see the stock first hand. If it is for a special occasion such as your wedding, bridal shower, birth announcement etc… you most likely would want to go to a place where you can see your options first hand and touch and see the invites/announcements. There is a big difference even between 110 lb. stock and 130 lb. When looking and ordering on-line you will not be able to view it first-hand.
